Check version and build number
First of all make sure you have latest Trust.Zone Client version and build number. Please click on Status in client and look for Build x.yy.zzz where xxx.yyy is version and zzz is build number.
If your version and build number is lower than build and version displayed in https://trust.zone/client_windows page, please uninstall old version, download new one, and install it.
If your browser keeps telling DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET please open console and run following command: "netsh winsock reset", then restart your computer.
